    Hire smart people who are nice to work with
    Flat management structure
    No silos, open communications
    Ideas mailing list
    20 percent (time spent on personal projects)
    Small projects
    Iterative design, constant improvement
    Server-based deployment (AJAX)
    Test, don’t guess
